January 2010 - January 2014
Founded the first speeddating website & event organisation company in Lviv, Ukraine. We would host meeting 2-4 per month, registration was done through our website (www.speed-dating.lviv.ua), facebook or vk.com platform. After the meeting we would calculate matches & forward contact information to people once a match was successful. The project was a social one and we have a proven record of people dating, getting married and starting a family after attending the events organised by our company. After doing speeddating for people we extended the services by organising english and business speeddating for locals to get to know each other and find a matching partner to start a venture with(both internationally and locally). This hovewer did not prove to be on time since the market was not yet booming with internationals who wanted to work with ukrainians and local business comunity was rather small and every entrepreneur knew each other through attending other local business events.
January 2013 - December 2014
e-commerce shop startup project concentrated on the retail &promotion of ecological & natural cosmetic products from the local market and EU & US. Main responsibilities: general management of the project and the team, logistics, customers, personnel management, negotiations and business development, marketing of the project, legal project management, CRM. Main idea was to bring exclusive and ecological products to the local ukrainian market & for the locals to be able to try out products before aquiring the whole package.
