About Oleg

I have pretty vast experience in various areas, with background mostly in software engineering and IT management. I helped cofound two successful software development outsourcing businesses, also created the flagship product for my previous company where I was in a CTO role (Financial Finesse). I am a president of Los Angeles PHP developers group (LAPHP) as well as running several other tech groups here. Currently I am working on several projects, including building tools and instrumentation for ecommerce, tools for computer forensics and electronic discovery and several specialty content projects.
