About Mark

Over the past 15 years, I have delivered £500M in benefits by helping clients adopt the right business model. My primary expertise is to bridge the divide between technology and market (users or customers) - reducing complexity and bringing focus so that tech people concentrate their technology roadmap on things that customers will pay most for, while helping users to adopt new ways of working that are more effective. Formerly an ICT Innovation Consultant, clients included Ministry of Defense, Cabinet Office, Orange, Nokia, UBS and Vodafone. I now run my own technology innovation advisory business, am registered with the Government's Business growth Service, with the Design Council and Design Mentor and coach with leading London Universities on their Enterprise / Startup schemes. I am also Chairman of an award winning charity that coaches entrepreneurs in Africa using digital channels that is on a high growth trajectory
