About Kristina

I am passionate about building technology start-ups and have co-founded two companies, JumpLane and coComment, both of which were acquired. Both companies were online and mobile consumer engagement technologies that helped iconic brands like Sony, CBS, Fox, Virgin and others increase user acquisition, engagement and retention.

I am now working on the next entrepreneurial endeavor. I am passionate about the consumer web and mobile tech, video, consumer and I am looking to team up with a technical Co-founder/CTO. Our current team consists of myself, UX/UI and an award winning video producer.

At JumpLane, my primary focus was on creating deals and business development partnerships with leading brands and publishers, as well as marketing the JumpLane technology. I am proud to say that the JumpLane team has helped companies like CBS increase their consumer engagement by more than 8 times and has delivered 300% increase in traffic.

coComment on the other hand, was the first comment powering technology. There I managed both the business development as well as the marketing efforts. By using innovative marketing tactics, I helped coComment acquire 5.5 million unique visitors per month within fifteen months of launch.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, I served as a Managing Strategy Consultant in IBM's Media and Entertainment practice, where I was responsible for launching Nielsen Games and Paramount’s international distribution.

On the educational front, I have an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, writing, can occasionally be seen at local open mics doing start-up.
