About Kevin

I'm actively advising and consulting with founders and management teams of startups and consultancies. Having been through an acquisition by Groupon, an acquisition by GoDaddy, and an IPO, I know how to turn your startup or consultancy into a thriving, profitable, acquirable business.

With my CEO/COO/CTO leadership and management guidance and by cultivating a high-performance team, we'll implement business practices that will allow you, as a founder, to maximize your return on your business through increased profits and/or a successful exit, all the while building a business you will be proud to have led.

On the buy-side, I will lead the technical due diligence of your company's or fund's potential acquisitions or investments. Do you want to know the quality of the team, practices, and codebases and data you are acquiring or investing in?

I'm also actively looking for startup investment opportunities. I am interested in companies delivering substantive value to real customers and/or promising to disrupt traditional industries via technology.
