James is an accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, and Entrepreneur with 16 years of success in the marketing agency, online dating, pet, and real estate industries. In his current role as Founder and CEO of Offer To Close, helping make the home buying and selling process simpler and more affordable through a combination of knowledge, experience, and technology. Concurrently, as the Owner of DesignPax, he formed the company to help marketing managers, small-business owners, and affiliate marketers slash the cost of production. Previously, as General Manager for Spark Networks, James built an elite online marketing team while improving overall efficiency, created models to properly predict revenues and cost-effectively buy media, and acquired and optimized new media partners to improve growth and profitability by more than 50% for Christian segment while maintaining profitability for Jewish segment. James has a proven history of using strong analytic skills to qualify and quantify decisions, driving a business to make decisions that consistently build improvements in process, user experience, and—most importantly—the bottom line.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with an emphasis in Marketing from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Studies from Ashford University.
