About Fred

I have spent a significant part of my adult life dedicated to the learning and execution of leadership and company growth through a constant dedication to always improving personally and professionally. I try to live by the following words: "I never lose. I either win or I learn."

Over the last decade and a half I held senior operating positions in software and technology companies both in the US and Internationally. Some of these positions included: VP of Sales, Chief Operating Officer in multiple startups under my company The Software Corporation, Director of Europe, Middle East and Asia-pacific for TouchStar Inc, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Sentinel Development Solutions to name a few.

I have a significant background in building and managing divisions and teams and have been responsible for the creation and build out of corporate university training programs.

Before getting into technology, I had managed and turned-around several ailing call centers. I have spoken at national events on motivation and leadership. I also published my book “Cut out the Garbage” focused on call center sales management.
