I'm recruiting a new team mate to help scale our brand www.orange22modern.com. Orange22 Modern is an established modern furniture brand and manufacture having exhibited strong growth over the last 5 years under a newly retooled fully "4hr week model". We currently feature 3 collections and growing.Â
Minimal Collection is designed in CA and manufactured in China and Taiwan. The collection is targeted towards modern furniture lovers on a budget. It sells via a network of online retailers and very popular w/ architects and interior designers. Our wall mounted desks have been featured extensively and sell well. This series is stocked and ships w/in 48hrs.Â
Carbon Collection is a super-luxury high-end line of carbon fiber furniture fabricated in Mojave CA by the same engineers and technicians producing aerospace and satellite vehicles for Richard Brandon's Virgin Galactic program, US Military and may other high-profile accounts. This collection is aimed at forward thinking, trend setting high-net worth individuals looking for furniture thats also art. This series is all made to order and ships w/in 8-10 weeks.
Botanist Collection is comprised of indoor / outdoor commercially rated tables and benches designed by luminary designers Massimo Vignelli, Milton Glaser, Yves Behar, Kahi Lee, Karim Rashid and many others. (If you donâ€™t know these names then you are not a good fit.) The collection has been specified in museums, parks, colleges, libraries and other large scale installations. The series is made from recycled aluminum in Santa Anna CA. Made to order and ships w/ in 6-8 weeks.Â
To grow to the next level I'm looking for a co-founding, equity partner to lead all marketing operations, strategy and systems implementation to create a transparent measurable framework to asses the success of the program w/ a heavy focus online and social. Must understand all things web. Very hands on with proven track record. Must be very computer savvy and able to easily and quickly iterate various online tweaks.
Marketing VP co-founder must have cash on-hand to buy in (or) be willing to invest sweat equity to own up to 35%. Financials will be provided.
