September 2013 - Today
I developed an optogenetic neurodegenerative disease model that is highly spatially and temporally controllable, and can be ported to any cell type in a Cre dependent manner. I'm looking for a co-founder to bring the new tool to the market. Also, this new disease model shows significant promise for the discovery and advancement of novel treatments for diseases for which there is currently no viable treatment, such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
