Within this position I built and led sales teams for Ireland, UK, Australia and New Zealand. I grew teams from 3 to 48 HC in less that 18 months. I oversaw the overall small business GTM strategies. I was also the business owner for the launch of PayPal's lending product (PayPal Working Capital) in Australia. I was a member of the team who delivered the PayPal / First National Bank of South Africa product. I won the national all Ireland sales manager of the year award in 2012 and eBay's club excellence award in 2013
