Accomplishments: • Architected, and lead a multi-year, multi-phase project (OpsInfo) that developed and deployed the most complex integration ever completed at Suncor for a single target system using the enterprise corporate webMethods ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) integration platform to deliver the capabilities, robustness, flexibility and security the business needed. • Produced, documented, and presented EH&S Vice-President, a successful Technical and Functional Business Case for OpsInfo project budget increase request from 300K to $1.3M for phase 1 and to $2.2M total including phase 2 to achieve orders of magnitude improvements in scalability, robustness, and capabilities.
