About Andrew

I have worked in many aspects of publishing over the past 25 years, including as a traditionally published and self-published author, owner of two publishing companies, editor, designer, consultant, and various positions in the publishing divisions of companies. In addition, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Publishing and Writing from George Mason University earned with a 4.0 GPA.

My eclectic background allows me to provide a unique perspective and ideas to authors and those interested in getting published. I offer this experience and provide guidance through my professional speaking (over 300 seminars to date in the U.S., U.K., and Australia), online content, and books.

Additionally, from 2003-2010, I was the president of Publishers & Writers of San Diego, leading the association through growth from a dozen members to a thriving organization with over 150 paid members and nearly 500 followers.

Professional highlight: Being chosen out of 548 applicants from all over the world to be part of a 15-person group coached by best-selling author and marketing mastermind Seth Godin at his office for one full week.
