Remember that you should have extra concern about PHI considering diet and exercise, especially as part of medical weight loss, can have extreme data security and privacy requirements. Some of the individuals you are communicating with may not be as savvy as they should be in knowing their obligation to protect client information or how they're allowed to store such information.
Coordinated care is a messy business for all health-adjacent providers and HCPs. And there are few incentives to commit to a system that can help, even if there are time savings.
