Where do you get free images for a blog with no budget?

I have seen the crazy prices that Getty Images and other sites charge. I am looking for a site where there are good royalty free pictures that I could just download and insert throughout my content strategy.

From your experience what are the best royalty free websites when it comes to photos?

Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash are probably the most popular free-image sites. PR photos are another good resource, and sometimes a friend will supply an image in exchange for a backlink. You can also try local community college art departments to see if any students might be interesting in exchanging their services for promotion on your site or social media.
