What's the right way to register a Delaware C-Corp by non-US residents?

I'm a Canadian resident and have a Canadian Corporation. I'm thinking of the company relocation to the US soil and trying to figure out how it works.
Can anyone share a personal experience with a C-Corp registration in Delaware, by non-US residents? Any advice on it? Does it require a lawyer (or Stripe's Atlas is enough)?

The actual registration and filing process involves filling out forms and doing standard paperwork and it's a secretarial job that can be done by anyone.
The problem isn't filling out the paperwork but rather making sure that you filled out the right paperwork.
