What is the best way to reach out to companies looking for blockchain solutions/developers in order to offer them my team's services?

I have a team of blockchain engineers and I'm working with a couple of startups by providing them services and also devising solutions for businesses, but I'm struggling to find more companies/people who would be looking for these services. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Before you offer to the Companies your service, look carefully what/who they are looking for.

Also, how do you offer your services? You deliver your hourly charge rate or equity exchange?
