What is the best resource to learn about startup financials?

Term sheet, equity split, pre money vs post money valuation... there are so many things in startup financials that can be hard for first time founders to understand. Is there any book or organized source to equip one with these concepts?

You need an outsource CFO. In Pasadena (you can do this remote) I recommend Full Stack Financial. They can do it all. Ivan Ivankovich was my CFO who led our exit form YellowPages.com to what is now AT&T. They work with start ups and do these things for you.
