A "good lawyer" is not an oxymoron. It is an attorney you trust to (i) do good work efficiently and (ii) not take advantage of your inexperience. The right lawyer for your business is a matter of personal preference. Do you trust the advice you're getting? Does counsel fully explain different issues? Does she listen and understand your concerns? Is he cost-conscious without cutting corners? Trust your gut. There is nothing wrong with using different lawyers until you find the right fit.
