What are Best Practies with deal registration for services?

We provide consultative services and professional development to schools doing technology related projects. Our partner network has grown and we are getting hit with multiple solicitations for the same projects.  Consultative approaches require more customization in response than product skus.  Thus, the product market may not be the best place to draw examples from.  Any good advice on how to set up deal registration when selling services?
