Unfortunately DISCUSS does not operate like an ad board. A question that might work here is something like: What criteria are important not to overlook when evaluating investments in a company?

And really, the answer is exceptionally personal. It has to do with what your goals are, what level of risk you are comfortable with, what you fear, etcetera.

There are a number of (large) analyst/consulting firms who regularly evaluate and evaluate the condition of any business, but how much information you need will determine what cost and skill are involved in getting the information. It can be as detailed as embedding someone at the company to "work" there full-time so they can interact with employees daily. Or it could be someone to simply go over their financial statements. I don't know what you need.

Hi, Shah. I am a CFO for two separate small aerospace manufacturers. I would be happy to provide some insight if you provide more specifics. I think you can DM me here, or find me on LinkedIn.
