Video Pitch Recommendations?

Nick Gray Co-Founder / Sales / Data Architecture

Has anyone had any good experiences with providers of video pitch/explanation services?

I'm looking to commission an explanation video for our product and am not sure of the easiest way to do it - cost is an issue!

Many thanks in advance.

I used powtoons.com for a video I did for Disqovery a few months ago. I found it fun and easy, and the end result was good enough.

Here's a thread on this topic you'll find useful - http://members.founderdating.com/discuss/644

Also, in that thread you'll see I recommended Grumo Media. His PadMapper video is one of my favorites - http://grumomedia.com/new-grumo-what-is-padmapper/

If cost is an issue, though, the creator of Grumo created a course that teaches you how to craft your own demo video. It's like 10 hours of instruction and quite comprehensive (actually bought it myself). There's also one version of the course that leverages Adobe Illustrator & After Effects, and one version of the course that simply leverages Keynote.

Using the Adobe suite - http://grumomedia.com/how-to-create-an-awesome-demo-video/
Using Keynote - https://www.udemy.com/how-to-create-an-awesome-animation-in-keynote/

Hope any piece of that helps. Cheers!

A good friend of mine runs http://goldvisuals.com/ He's an expat in Thailand so costs should be quite reasonable, and he won't tolerate low quality.

DId you try Fiverr.com? They have some good inexpensive service providers there.

You'd be surprised how quickly you can put together your own pitch video using a mix of powerpoint animation, and screen captures of your product.  The following videos were put together long before I had any experience with video editing. Voices.com & other services can give you very professional voice over for $100-$200.

Start with the script.
Get a voice over.
Use graphics from http://graphicriver.net/
Use stock video from http://videohive.net/?osr=fn&sso
Music from http://audiojungle.net/?osr=fn&sso

Let me know if you have any questions or would like any help.

www.goanimate.com. They charge less than 100$ a month. Its similar to flash, you can create scenes, characters, background, voice and many more. I am in processing of preparing a video for my product, which I really liked it.

All the best,
