I'm venturing into Entrepreneur path in Relationship Management after many years of hesitation & consideration. My business is a bridge to connect businesses, freelancers, startups or current businesses that need support(merger and acquisition) and other kind of investment opportunity.
This business concept would provide mentor and co-working space as I'm able to connect business and people around.
Now, my concern and hesitation arise. How to make this business into a more scalable business/platform for now and in future growth? As to grow my connection, I would require to PR with lot of people and there's a limitation(I can't meet 100 people a day unless it's an event). How can I overcome the limitation?
