Suggestions for a tool tip / feedback solution?

I've seen these on a few different sites and apps where a small window etc. will appear with a tip that also invites the user to comment. Any suggestions for light weight solutions, preferably that integrate with one of the major CRM's?

Hey bud, I just posted a question about similar stuff a couple days ago. I'll give you a synopsis of the tools I was referred to:

- Hopscotch

- Snacktools

- intro.js

- Tourmyapp

- Sheppard

- WalkMe

- Joyride

From what I learned, you need to customize relatively extensively, but a good front end person should be able to get this done quickly (i.e., several hours).

Just to clarify - I don't mean a fixed tab solution such as Uservoice etc. These tips tend to appear on mouse over or pop out based on the page or time I have spent on a page etc.

Although it wasn't built spefically for tips, you could definitely use Intercom.io for this - and you get a lot more awesome features with it too, where you can send emails and display pop ups based on certain attributes of a user.

Right - and pay Zapier too. Actually, that wasn't really my point. What I mean't was it would be great if the CRM's added this functionality to their own offering - or Intercom added broader CRM functionality to theirs. Be interesting to see how this functionality plays out within that space.

Intercom just announced integration with Zapier so you should be able to integrate to any number of CRMS through Zapier now/

@Audrey - thanks for the Intercom recommendation. I like it a lot - my only wish would be that it functioned as an extension of a CRM tool like Zendesk, Desk etc. And the pricing is aggressive. One to watch though.
