Recommendations for Video Hosting Solutions

Was wondering if anyone in the FD community has a good recommendation for a video hosting service provider. From our diligence it seems like Vimeo Pro is highly regarded but we are worried that they only offer 20gb per week of storage and early indications are that our site will probably need more.

For a little more clarity we are looking for a service with lots of storage space, no bandwidth caps, seamless video conversion capabilities and can incorporate our ad affiliate network.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I have not used them myself, but has been recommended to me pretty highly.

We use ... they are the clear winner in this category in my opinion.

I've been using Wistia and I love it. They also have a very generous free plan for entrepreneurs.

If you don't want any 3rd party brand association Amazon S3 offers a range of services starting free at 5GB. I've been using them without any issues for several years to serve up HD VOD. S3 provides cost-effective object storage for a wide variety of use cases including cloud applications, content distribution, backup and archiving, disaster recovery, and big data analytics.

Couldn't you sign up with a CDN provider who has hosting also?

We don't advertise it but we offer CDN hosting as well, our streaming servers use WOWZA to deliver reliability and quality. Feel free to contact me to discuss or post your follow up questions here.

We don't limit your storage and we don't limit your bandwidth :)

We may require a deposit which will be put towards your pay-as-you-go CDN account.

I have used Limelight CDN before. Of course you also have Kaltura and Ooyala.
