Are there any online services outside of termsfeed or snapterms that create a privacy policy and t&c's? Ideally looking for something cost efficient but effective.

I attempted to use LegalZoom's flat rate service for this but found it very lacking in addressing the specific needs of my business. I ended up with a fantastic niche legal group that was pricey, but worth every penny. They spent a couple hours grilling me about all aspects of my site, how I use information, the nuances of the services I provide, etc. The final result is something I feel very confident they'll be able to defend should there be any legal issues that arise from the use of my site in the future. I HIGHLY recommend you take the time to start developing a trusted legal adviser relationship if you are serious about developing an online presence.

Make sure you don't use a template if you are serous about your business. I just finished mine with an excellent attorney. Let me know if you are interested and I'll connect you.
I used Business-in-a-Box and found it very useful. Costs about $60, although it's changing all the time. It's a desktop app, not an online service though.
