I have two alternative designs for a mobile app I am developing for B2B sales people. Other than asking one person at a time and using my judgment, what are the other smart ways of deciding which one to develop?
To know for sure I'd recommend to implement the both of them and let users decide with A/B testing. The one which drives better engagement and conversion rate, obviously, is better.
If you don't have enough resources to implement the both versions, you can hire a UX agency that can shed some light here. The common practice for them is to convert static designs into interactive prototypes and run similar A/B tests on focus groups.
And the last option is to ask people around. It doesn't require much resources, but it is the least reliable option. I've seen similar questions on launch-chat.slack.com and product-school.slack.com. Also, there are many FB groups you can ask these, but I'm not really into facebook and can't provide any links
