Meeting / Meetup space in San Francisco?

My company is trying to hire a group of drivers, and I'd like to get them all together for a meet and greet. Does anyone know of any empty office space or medium sized conference room in San Francisco that would be good for this purpose?

NextSpace++, but I would also suggest Airbnb if you can find a roomy apt, less formal for a meet & greet.
