Looking For a Great Boston Attorney

Tim Kilroy Analytics - LTV - Boosting Profits - Digital Marketing

Looking for a great Boston attorney that can help with things like founder agreements, equity-based advisory positions, and maybe an intro to an angel or VC or two. We have revenue, but not enough to pay someone very much. Looking for a partner to help us grow, knowing that their fees will grow along with us.

I work with DLA Piper, and they have been EXCELLENT. The specific attorney I work with is Christopher King. His email is He works under a partner I know and trust, and so far he's been super sensitive to my budget....

My company, LawGives, specializes in matching founders like you to experienced startup attorneys. We have helped over 250 founders at StartX, the Stanford Startup Student Accelerator. We pre-negotiate flat fees with our attorneys so you don't have to worry about high hourly rates. Feel free to send me a message if you want to learn more!

Hi Tim. I would recommend you touch base with Joseph Ramadei. Joe recently left Chadbourne & Parke in New York to join Boston's Gennari Aronson. He specializes in working with startups and early stage companies, and he'd be happy to discuss flexible payment or whatever suits your needs.

I don't have his Gennari email address, but you can reach him at

I hope this is helpful. Joe is brilliant and I'm sorry he's leaving New York!

Hi TIm,

I work very closely with this group -

GTC is very start-up friendly and recognizes the unique needs of start-up and early stage companies.  The firm is also very well-connected in the VC/Angel community, both in the Boston area and around the US.  I'd be glad to make an introduction if you'd like me to do that.
