Your first team members are not inherently co-founders. CFL isn't social media. It is a Q&A forum for questions about entrepreneurship. The hashtags won't do anything. A co-founder is someone who shares an identical vision for your company/product. Vision is the ideal experience of your product/company for customers, both external and internal.

While it is good luck to find a co-founder who fills a skill gap, it is not a criterion by which you should limit your search. Because a co-founder is not an early employee, their role in the company is to hold and facilitate the vision, not to just do work you can't do yourself. The fewer co-founders you have, the better off your business will be. If you're suggesting you have four co-founders, that's a very difficult situation to enter since with each addition the decision making becomes exponentially more complex.

if you need someone with marketing skills, just hire someone with marketing skills. There's no reason they need to be a co-founder. If you are only looking for people who want equity for labor, not paying people a completely different issue than finding a co-founder.

Take a stab in the NETWORK section where you can search people's interests and skills and then contact them directly. The Q&A forum isn't good as a job board.
