iOS/Android Referrals?

I am building an iOS and Android app and I am looking for a platform that will allow me to give my users a referral link and track the downloads from their link.

I found http://alau.me/ but I am not sure if its still active and it only for iOS.

I am familiar with affiliate marketing platforms (eg HasOffers), but I am looking for a platform specifically for mobile apps?
