How would you use a list of all startups and people interested in working for startups?

Just curious what you would do if you had 1.5 million contacts to play with.  Would you use it for hiring, for investment acquisition?  Partnerships?  I'd like to hear your thoughts :)

First question that could affect the answer.  What are the demographics of the population?  Age, experience level, etc.

I'd start by thinking about what I could do to help the people on the list. So for example you've got 2 groups (startups and people who want to work at one) that would benefit from being introduced. So I'd start by appending data as needed to drill down to find 10 or so people who would most benefit from your help. Maybe that's connecting people with tech skills who live outside of a tech hub but would consider moving with startups that will pay for relocation. Then I'd reach out personally and help those 10 people find the perfect startup. Then repeat/pivot/automate.

I myself would look for a partner, I have been self employed all my life now 28 years old, with a wife, house and baby on the way. I have had my main business which is their to fuel my life however i have tried many business in life with varieing degrees of sucess, My main issue is the fact that the majority of business need the extra person to give you the kick and enthusiasm when things dont seam to be going in the right direction, as well as idea storming which is hard when you are alone in the business. I have been looking for a busines partner for years, however they are so hard to find.. I would say it is harder to find a good business partner than a life partner. So if i had a email list of 1.5m users then i would sea that the perfect oppotunity to find someone to go into busines with, that is ofcoarse if you are looking for a business partner.. Mike, sounds like a treasure trove of data. We are an early stage light EV company with some out of this world patented products from our seed round for urban mobility. I think your leading somewhere with this post. My email is if that is the case.  Richard Awni Los Angeles  16060 Ventura Blvd. suite # 301 Encino CA 91436(877) PLUGNGO (758-4646)  Washington DC8200 Greensboro Dr. # 900 McLean, VA 22102(703) 462-5472Palo Alto  1717 Embarcadero Rd.
