Many years ago I created a software for a few Russian manufactories focusing on dealer networks. Now I'm trying to figure out whether it makes sense to implement same ideas in US.
What's the usual approach for that? It tried to send tons of emails to manufactures - didn't help. Don't know if it makes sense to launch MVP since it's a B2B product, and I have no potential clients yet.
Figure out your pitch and the edge you have. Then contact the CEO's of the companies you want to get to. Build your presentation..who is on your board you can spotlight...working relationships..etc.
