Does anyone know a good place to sell an online store? It’s a first time I’m in need to sell my ecommerce website, perhaps someone already had an experience with it, will appreciate your suggestion!

I would also recommend you check out the E-commerce Fuel podcast. Here are some links to podcast shows where selling stores is discussed:

Flippa is the leading website for selling websites. It is more for commodity sites, I think used most for websites worth less than $100k.

Depends on the sales volume. Most of the brokers previously listed won't touch anything less than a half million in sales price. For a fist cut at sales price, take about 1.4 x annual sales volume. If you're below that, you probably won't get a big-time broker interested. I'd first advertise on the site itself, as your existing clients may prove to provide some of your best leads for buying your site. If you do use a broker, expect to pay a hefty percentage for their services.

Depends how big the site is. Less than $20k/annual net you're not going to have much luck with a broker.

Beyond that, it is always worth speaking to a broker (just make sure you do your research first!). If you want a non-biased recommendation from a broker (me!) have a chat with QuietLightBrokerage as recommended above.

Centurica (also mentioned) are a due diligence firm. They don't sell businesses. Flippa is okay if you have a site <$20k in value.
