Brunch, as in breakfast+lunch? you're essentially looking for distribution in another country. Well, you have a couple different models you can follow. But, the most important thing for you is probably proving that you have your local sales process perfected. When you can demonstrate success in one location, it's much more likely you'll have credibility with someone representing you elsewhere.

Unfortunately with fashion, there's no guarantee that results in one market will be the same in another market. Tastes and competition are so varied, that even if you have great sales success in your first region, you may be a flop in another region. That's a big risk, and you may not find anyone willing to sell your lines (as a partner) in Europe until you have yourself sold in Europe directly.

My suggestion for you is to do some test sales yourself in European markets and prove that stores are willing to carry your line and are selling through to consumers. If you pick up orders quickly, you'll have a much easier time finding a partner willing to expand your presence than you will to find someone willing to break ground for you. You can turn over a small business to a partner and return to your home region, but asking someone to take the risk that your line will be welcomed in Europe with no previous experience selling there, I don't think so.
