So you have a business with a great idea but you don't have enough hands. Is it possible to find co-workers who will work for cheap and grow with you? Or do you find that people only work for full rates?
Well, if you consider guys like us, we die for the idea if it has the potential. We not only get on board and develop the idea into a business but also minimize your costs at all levels. How we do it? You can ping me at email@example.com to know more.
I've found partners and teammates before to work on a project without remuneration. A lot of people like to work on interesting side projects.
The problem you want to solve has to be a good problem, you have to bring skills and knowledge to the table as smart people like to work with other smart people, the market has to be interesting for the problem you are trying to solve. Than you need to know what are the positions and skills you are looking for. The rest is hard work, knocking on everybody's door that is a good fit.
And please pay attention on the word "side" it has to be a side thing until it gets some traction.
If you need more specifics and tactics let me know, I can definitely help out with that.
Hiring Intern candidates is good idea for that
Hi Lauryn, great question :)
Well if this is a tech startup then probably you could look for a tech co-founders that will get an equity for their job. You can try to find them on https://www.loom.co/ for example.
Hope it will help.
I believe they will give their support, if there is growth in terms of knowledge, personality , learning new stuff which could be of help to carve their furture.
These days nobody is wanting to die in the battle if they have kids or mortgage. It's not easy to find a co-worker even if you offer full competitive salary. My personal success was with finding teams and individuals overseas, like eastern Europe, for example. You will have to pay something for sure, but they are way more flexible than mortgage-bound western workers. Negotiate, find what they really want. Some need regular amount of cash plus work/life balance. This equation worked well for me.
Yes. Seek out your local college career centers and ask for interns. They have job boards you can post to.
Find people who have the skills and believe in your business idea. Thats it!
Just like men who die for their general i battle even when there is a chance to flee.
Hire your own trust worthy friend as an intern , then by growth make him/her part of your team and pay him good.
Hi Lauryn ,we can collaborate as we too are working on a similar venture as the Intuitive Network.
