Sadly having a hard time building my team. None fit the litmus test. They're just displaying interest, taking information and then vanishing. As if someone is purposely ensuring no progress. So now, I just build bots (hoping they don't get hacked too) and I do everything on my own, just the way I have always done. No point going to any cop for anything, they themselves do all this. In fact what I'm posting here, have to type out elsewhere & then it gets displayed here. Someone isn't allowing the content to get played out.

Shamal how do you think what you've responded with is going to stop people from doing what they are at the moment (refer my post)?

If you want to encourage and motivate people, go ahead but that's only after you have a team and have set their work not when they're carrying out illegal and unethical activities of sabotaging your work or not letting it proceed in the first place.

Dear Sheeba,

Sorry to hear that!

Sometimes it happens at our end. People may lose interest in the company. Being an entrepreneur, we need to encourage, motivate them continuously. We always tell them the benefits of working in the company.

We should allow them to share their ideas, ask them to work as per their style but with company standards.

What do you think?
