Has anyone used In Touch Networks (us.intouchnetworks.com) to find board members or used the service?

I was approached by them via LinkedIn.

They behaved like a used car salesperson. Not professional at all. When I told them I was not interested, they tried to make feel stupid. They may have a valid business but if that is the way they treat potential customers, I do not want to know how they mistreat the real customers who trusted them.

Definitely, I would recommend, to anyone willing to listen, stay away!

Hi Carlos,

They are numerous complaints about this company in the UK.

Look at the bad/poor reviews on trustpilot.

(not the fake ones written by marketing specialist - they are very good at marketing, but very scammy).

They are going to court in the UK for misrepresentation.

Would suggest to avoid.

I was also approached by them on linkedin. I'd heard of their network before this, as a buddy of mine used them to hire their members for free. It's a good business model.

I would say their courses and executive coaching opportunities are the best aspect of the network. I know a few clients who have landed positions at VCs and startups on the network, so i truly think you'll get out what you put in (if you've got the time and dedication to it).

As for their sales team, I never had any problems but i can't say the same for everyone.

Hope this helps,

James

I too have been approached by them, the service seemed to make sense, but when asked to see examples of their work they refused to share, also dropped their price in order for me to "sign up today" - I would love to talk to someone that has subscribed to their service.

My worst ever customer experience has been with this company. I took their NED membership for, £600 per year. Received a login link, which I followed and within a few seconds I was logged into this really basic and useless portal. I called them straight away and asked for my money back, but they said once you log in, you are locked in for 12 months. I had no leg to stand on, as its apparently written in the small print. I never used the service and have written of this £600. But I made sure to cancel any further payments and received their written confirmation. A month ago, checking my bank statement I noticed they deducted further £600 next 12 months. This was over a month ago. Until now, I am trying to get my money back. These guys should be taken to court! They are misrepresenting and worse of all I was subjected to pure crime. They have taken £600 from my account without my authorisation. Moreover, I have written proof of cancelling their services as well as their written confirmation of the same. Very very disappointing. I am now in process to report them to relevant authorities.
