Does anyone know any good resources for making stick on product folded coupons in Chicago?

I am looking to possibly put a coupon or sticker on another company's product as a test market tactic. However I need a good resource for producing those small stick on product coupons like you see on some grocery items. Since I am in Chicago and I'd like to proof the work before production, I am hoping there are some good resources in Chicago. Also, it may go on a cold beverage cup so it needs to adhere despite condensation, since I know these coupons are used on meat products I thought this might not be a problem.

Hi - my company, WS Packaging, prints Dry Release Peel Off Coupons everyday for companies like Hormel, Cargill and Smithfield.
We also print the Monopoly game pieces for McDonald's. The stickers are adhered to cups as they are being manufactured.
