Does anyone know a reliable and good psd/ai to html conversion shop?

We're in continuous need for a reliable HTML conversion service provider. We've been using HtmlBurger for a while but the turn around time, time difference and limited communications are making it a "less than ideal" option.

Can anyone recommend a reliable shop they've used in the past? We are looking for the best option considering location (we're in Los Angeles), quality, speed and price.

Thank you all for your help.

We do this kind of work all the time at Spiral Scout. We are located in SF and can turn around this work very quickly. We charge between $40-50 an hour. I can give you an estimate before each project starts and we stick to that quote or you can do hourly work. You can email me at john AT

I work with an overseas group that can do that kind of work, based in Argentina (they also do ppt, website work, explainer videos, infographics, etc) so you get the mix of same timezone coverage with offshore wages. Email me for more info:

I can offer our team in Eastern Europe with me as local (Bay Area) PM. I believe this combination works pretty well due to cost of labor difference.
