We have gathered 36K medical profiles from public medical data bases, we understand that biobanks have and can sell this data, we also understand that medical institutions can provide under some circumstances. What are the shortest ways to get these data from your opinion? What other advises you can share with?

I forget which insurance company does this, Aetna maybe, but they have a research database of sanitized medical data meant for development. A quick search should reveal the source/story.
