I am looking for a business dashboard to measure our business. I want to have an over arching dashboard to show me marketing Analytics, CAC, LTV, churn etc.
It really depends on the exact set of metrics you'd like to gather.
In the end, I don't think you can go wrong with either. I'd suggest looking into both, seeing which meets your needs and how they would fit into your workflow.

The answer depends on the sources of your data that contribute to the dashboard. Are you using a CRM like Saleforce.com? Are you using a CRM at all? Most have the reporting capabilities you're looking for, many of them using the built-in dashboard tools. But you have to be collecting and storing the raw data to begin with. The plug-ins usually help you pull in data like Google Analytics and sales figures. The plug-ins aren't typically the dashboard.
Are you using some e-commerce platform that runs its own analytics?
